Interview
The interview was really easy and quite laid back. It took place in the back of the store near the fitting rooms. The questions weren't difficult and the setting was quite informal. I wore a tshirt dress and some vans, that seemed to fit into the environment perfectly. The person interviewing was drawn to people who were bubbly and outgoing. She emphasized on being able to communicate and help random people.
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
