Applied online and got an email shortly after saying to come in and speak to a manager. The manager told me there was a group interview in a few days. There were two other people also interviewing. Two of the managers led us out and talked to us at the food court of the mall. They were super chill and the questions were mediocre. Mainly asked questions about your personality and store image. They said they would call back in 2-3 days and I haven't been called back. Went up against two previous retail managers, and I have no real prior work experience. Go figure.
