Interview
I was emailed on the same day I sent in my application to choose an interview time. The interview was on time and it was a group interview of three people including myself. Much to my disappointment, one of the girls had already worked at this Tillys before and they explained she was already guaranteed the job and she had to come for paperwork purposes, and the other girl was friends with many of the employees so she had the connections I was missing. Afterwards, they asked the other girl with the connections to stay for a few minutes after to discuss something about her application and since I was never offered the job, I assume that's when they hired her.

Question 1
Who do you follow on social media that inspires your fashion sense?
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
