group interview, took approximately one day to contact after i submitted my online application, overall low pressure, make sure you speak up and build off of what other people say, teamwork and helpfullness to customers valued, know brands
Very casual they make you do some sort of activity. It is a group interview in overall not so serious. One of my best interviews I’ve had. Don’t stress over it.
The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Tillys (Cerritos, CA) in May 2024

Applied online and got a call 3 days later then a group interview the next day. Pretty basic stuff it was pretty much just getting to know each other as people. All of us got hired on the spot and was told the hiring process would start the following weekend.
