Applied online and was called the next day for an interview. It was a group interview with 5 other people. A question was asked and everyone was allowed to respond. For the second part of the interview, you have create an outfit; men had to make outfits for women, and women for men, and then you explain why you chose this outfit, and it was also a time to have a 1 on 1 conversation with hiring manager (which is good if you're not good at group interviews like me).
