I applied for the job and I received a call a week later with an interview date. I then went into the store on the set date of the interview for a group interview. After the interview, I was immediately offered the sales associate position and I gladly accepted.

Question 1
What would you do if a customer was upset with the sizes in the store?
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
