The interview process consisted of all of us (six) in a room and we answered their questions. They then told us to pick out an outfit for an employee on what we thought she would wear. I didn't get the job because the employees already knew the other interviewees as they went to school together. They said they wanted to chose five people every interview, and I wasn't chosen.

Question 1
Q: Look at her clothes and you have five minutes to come up with an outfit she would wear.
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

Question 1
If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
