Interview
It took about 5 days for them to call back after me turning in my application directly to the manager, and in the interview (a group) we started off by introducing ourselves, they asked question like what is good customer service to you? and what are your weaknesses/strengths. after, we had to pair up and go in the store to create and "sell" (describe) the outfit we chose. they said they'd get back to us within 2 weeks if we got the job.
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
