The Store Manager took me to the back room and sat us down and immediately began asking questions about my personality and personal tastes/how I did things at my previous job.
It was a group interview, very low stakes so not a lot of pressure. They had us pull clothes from the floor and sell them to the interviewers or explain why we picked it.
i don’t remember being nervous for the interview and it was a pretty easy process and felt like a conversation. took place at the location and took about 30 minutes at least
