Interview
Super easy. It was a group interview (only 2 including myself because some people didn't show up) The interview took 10 minutes tops because she was kind of in a rush. She asked some simple questions and hired both of us at the end of the interview. Just be sure to seem welcoming and dress trendy (I was in a gingham tight skirt and a black top and the girl with me was in jeans, boots and a black tee). I stressed out for a while before because it was my first interview ever, but it was definitely nothing to worry about.

Question 1
How would you communicate with a group of teenagers that entered the store?
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
