Interview
I applied online and got an email to come in and meet the manager a week later. After another week I got asked to come in for an interview, they didn't tell me it was a group interview. But it was and I was a little annoyed by that. The interview took place in the shoe section right in the middle of the store, he just had us sit on the benches where you try the shoes on. For the most part the questions were normal. But some of them you had to actually think. Then we had to do role play where we picked out an outfit and describe why you chose it.

Name a person in your life who has inspired you and how did you make that change
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
