Super casual and laid back. Easy interview questions that were personality-based, and then we were asked to pick out an outfit for a specific (imaginary) customer. In my case, it was picking out an outfit for a teenage boy for his first day of high school. I was hired right on the spot.

Question 1
If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
