Interview
I saw a "Now Hiring" sign, so I asked the store manager for an application, and the next time he would be in so I could turn it in. I turned in my app, and was told by the manager he would set up an interview, but after a few days with no call, I had to follow up a few times over the phone and finally had an interview. Afterwards, the store manager recommended I talk to an assistant manager and do some "role playing" activities, but the assistant manager seemed really chill and not too concerned with that, so we just chatted for a bit. They called later and offered the job.

Why Tilly's?
What does self image mean to you? Do you think Tilly's cares about image?
What is your biggest accomplishment?
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

Question 1
If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
