Phone interview and in person interview with the DM as well as the current store manager. Phone interview was about an hour and in person was about 30 minutes.
It was a group interview, very low stakes so not a lot of pressure. They had us pull clothes from the floor and sell them to the interviewers or explain why we picked it.
i don’t remember being nervous for the interview and it was a pretty easy process and felt like a conversation. took place at the location and took about 30 minutes at least
