Most questions were about current fashion trends and your personality. They were ask you multiple questions that reveal your personality and ability to communicate with potentional customers. The manager was very friendly and easy going .

Describe a time you stepped out of your comfort zone and glad you made this decision?
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
