My friend worked here and personally got me in for a interview because he said the manager asked employees for refferals. It was a group interview with 5 others. We sat in the small stock room on this tiny bench and we took turns answering the questions, then asked us to pick an outfit and other choices if the customer didn't like that pick. Said she would call by 2 days if they wanted us back. Never got a call

Difference between sales and customer service
What would you do if you saw someone stealing
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!
