They call you for a group interview. upon arriving they gather everybody up and take you to the back. two managers conduct the interview. ask you the basic customer service questions. they actually have you then put together an outfit and give a sales pitch. then they talk to each person individually and let you know if youre hired

Question 1
what was a specific time you were asked to be dishonest or one time you remember witnessing dishonesty take place?
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
