Interview
It was a group interview (5-8 people). This was for a temporary position so I think they were just hiring who applied at the time. The interview was very informal and was held by the assistant manager. I received a phone call that I got the job and was asked to go in the next day. There wasn't any training involved and the worker who were already there never wanted to answer your questions.
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
