You need to first apply online and then go in person and drop-off your application. At that point, you'll introduce yourself to the hiring manager and if they like you they'll invite you to a group interview. The group interviews have about 6-10 people and you'll be asked about brands, to curate outfits, and behavioral questions. They're looking for people who are excited to work there.
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
