There was a group of 20. We were encouraged to fight amongst each other for the retail sales associate title through a series of "challenges". I won. I wish I never got the job.

Short interview going over common behavioral questions, and then they asked me to approach a customer in store as if I was an employee and offer to help that customer

It was a short and simple 20-minute group interview with just a few of us. The questions were pretty straightforward and mainly focused on how we communicate and handle sales situations.

30 min interview process with other candidates, dress casual and come with a smile. Overall a pretty simple and standard interview process, YouTube videos are very helpful for this position
