Interview
There was no real interview process, the best way I can describe it is as a "vibe check" from the store manager. Not a bad thing, but if you didn't fit the image of the store in that first interview you probably didn't get an offer.

Do you drink coffee in the morning or do you listen to music to hype yourself up?
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
