I submitted my resume via fax and was called about a week later. I was called in for an interview. I spoke with two people from their accounting department about my experience. They tested my efficientness with 10-key. I was given a personality test. They liked me from what I could tell since I was given a tour of the facilities on the spot and then called in to speak with the president at which point I was offered the job.
