Interview
I applied online and a couple of weeks later I was called on the phone to come in for an interview. It was a group interview and we were asked simple questions about our personality and what we would do in different scenarios if we worked at the store. After that we were given occasions and we went in the store and put together outfits and presented them to the group. It was about 5 people interviewing total. Most of us were hired.
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
