Interview
I applied in person, the process took a good 2 weeks. I got a call back to go to a interview, it was a group interview. 5 people, 2 guys, 3 girls (including myself) we were interviewed in the back corner of the store, sitting on some benches. The assistant manager and store manager interviewed us. Well the store manager was just writing notes and the assistant was the one asking the questions. VERY LAID BACK. It didn't even fell like an interview. More like a group of friends talking.

Tell us your name and an interesting/cool fact about yourself
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
