Interview
I got a phone call for a group interview it was about 6 people the manager asked us really fun questions basically to say a bit about ourselves and to pick a word to describe yourself and then we picked an outfit and explained why we choose it and then she asked two of us to stay and asked us to come for a second interview with the actual store manager and so basically same questions why tillys what can you bring to the team then after that 20 mins later I recorded a call that I got the job.
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
