I was invited for a phone interview with a Tilly's recruiter. I was prepared and ready for the interview and never received the call. I contacted the recruiter to see if we needed to reschedule. She stated that she got caught up in a meeting and didn't have time to email me or call. So we reschedule 2 more times and she still never calls. Not. great experience and I would not apply again.
