He sat me in the sitting area in the middle of the mall and asked me questions he was reading off of his list. It was about a ten minute process and then he made me an offer.

It was a short and simple 20-minute group interview with just a few of us. The questions were pretty straightforward and mainly focused on how we communicate and handle sales situations.
