It was relatively quick, expect being contacted after 2-3 days about your scheduling. You don’t get paid commissions but you do get more hours the more you put sales in.
Short interview going over common behavioral questions, and then they asked me to approach a customer in store as if I was an employee and offer to help that customer

It was a short and simple 20-minute group interview with just a few of us. The questions were pretty straightforward and mainly focused on how we communicate and handle sales situations.
