Interview
Group interview there was only two of us this day. When asking questions they wanted both people to answer who ever wanted to go first could it wasn’t super organized. The guy that was also interviewing piggybacked off all my answers and would not go first. After the questions were done they took us to the floor and gave us actual employee lanyards with someone else we were told to pick out outfits I believe it was on trend or for specific occasions for a male and female. They wanted to judge the best outfit based on what they would like as the customer the guy complained about his girl outfit and said it didn’t make sense he didn’t know how to help a girl cause he was a dude. Ultimately he received the offer due to having the same name as the guy who made us work the floor on our interview. It was a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend group interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I’m looking for an on trend outfit could you give me some ideas?
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

Question 1
If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
