Interview
I got called for an interview on Monday and went in on Wednesday. It took about an hour and 30 minutes. It was a group interview starting with 13 people. She took us all to the back stock room and we all sat together. She asked about ourselves, and then sent 3 people home, because they were too quiet and or not outgoing enough. Then she asked about our previous work, and how our styles were like. She sent 2 more people home. For the last test, she gave all 7 of us different scenarios to go to the floor and put an outfit together. For example, "Make an outfit for me because I am going to a country concert. Or find an outfit for my daughter who has an interview for Tilly's." After that project, all 7 of us got hired right then and there. Overall, it was the most fun interview I have ever been in, because she already incorporated us into the store and wanted to see what we could bring to the table being put on the spot. Definitely recommend!

Question 1
"Tell me about yourself"
"Any previous work experience?"
"Describe your sense of style(s)"
"What is good customer service to you?"
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

Question 1
If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
