i went in initially to speak with the manager and see what positions were open, if any. Also, I wanted to put a face to my resume so that she would remember me after I left. After chatting with her for a little while, she had told me to fill out the application online and that she would be in touch with me if everything looked good. I came in for my first interview, dressed business casual and brought a copy of my resume. The girls at the front registers walkie talkied her once I walked in. She then walked me back to the shoebox type office they have in the back. We sat down and she had asked me about myself, what I did for fun, why I chose to work at Tillys instead of another retailer and what drew me in, also my schedule availabilty that I would or would not be able to work. After she asked me questions and got to know me, I left about after an hour. She said she would pass my application on to her team and review it with them. After a couple of days, I reached out to her and checked the status of my application and she told me she still needed to review it. She then called me a week later and offered me the job!
