It was an open group interview where the manager, and an assistant later, asked us each both personality and work questions. It was fairly free-flow, and allowed for creativity, but it also was clearly trying to curate a very specific kind of environment (as most clothing stores tend to). There was also an outfit-building exercise at the end of the interview.
