I applied in the winter for a seasonal position, so my first interview was in a group with just the manager asking questions about possible scenarios and what would you do if this or that happened. It was followed up by a one on one which was more about you as person and team player. Overall very easy.

It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
