Fairly easy. Was put in a group but sometimes they do solo. Doesn't take very long and it just felt like a regular interview. They just want to know how well you would do in a customer service role and get to know your personality.

They asked us to pick out an outfit that you would recommend to customers.
It was held as a group interview, fairly easy. The hardest part was the sales pitch for an item in the store. Everyone in the group answered the same questions one at a time. There were around 6-8 people in each group.
Super calm and friendly! Felt like such a nice conversation and felt like I was part of the team already, they really listened to me. I felt like they wanted me to succeed and I did!

If an item isn’t selling, how would you ensure it did?
Occurred in a group setting. I always recommend being very respectful, do not speak over others, but when you can add after another interviewees turn, try to include your own response.
