      Marketing Interview

      Sep 25, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TimelyCare

      Interview

After applying, I was invited to one screener call over Zoom. The person I spoke to logged on 10 minutes late and offered the excuse, "Sorry, I'm busy this morning." If I, or any other candidate, was that late and offered that excuse, I can't imagine any grace being shown to us. We'd presumably be rejected as a candidate after two minutes of tardiness, much less 10. Additionally, the email confirming the meeting noted that they wanted me to prepare answers for two specific questions. Only one of the two was asked, while others that were not mentioned were asked instead. They were typical interview questions; but the point is, why specifically instruct candidates to take the time to prepare for specific questions then ask others instead? Ultimately, I was not selected to make it to the interview round with the hiring team. At least they let me know with a couple business days that that was the case.

We appreciate every candidate’s perspective and always strive to provide the best candidate experience. We recognize a candidate's time is valuable, which is why we track “on-time starts” for our interviewers and why we provide a few probing questions prior to the interview so we can jump right into conversation and spark meaningful discussion. Our intention is to have a productive dialogue around a candidate’s experience, the role, and TimelyCare as a whole. We are, and will remain, focused on delivering a best-in-class recruitment process and a positive candidate experience to ensure each candidate feels valued, respected, and fully supported throughout the journey. We appreciate the opportunity to have spoken with you and wish you all the best in your career search.
