I applied online. I initially met with the HR recruiter and then had 3 additional rounds. For the final round I was asked to create a presentation which was not what I was told at the beginning. I was given 4 days to prepare and it took them a week and a half to get back. The whole process took a month. I was disappointed with the final round of this interview. When they asked for a presentation I was given 4 days to prepare and mistakenly thought they were close to making a decision only to have to wait another week and half. In the time that it took to schedule, have and hear back from them I had gone through 3 rounds with another company and received a verbal offer. They did not come across as valuing my time despite how much they talked about employee culture throughout the process. I guess it only counts once you are officially an employee not when you've spent a month in the process to try to become one
