Interview
I met the Timken recruiters at The University' of Akron's career fair. At the career fair they went over my resume and offered me an interview for the next day. That interview was really easy. The HR rep just went over my resume and asked my interests, strength, weaknesses, how I handle problems, etc. One thing to note is you have to give examples for each answer. The second interview was on the phone and it was of similar format with more questions.
