Quick hiring call with the standard questions. I'd assume there's a technical round but I didn't make it further. What drove me to write this review is that lack of communication on the recruiter's side: I was told to wait 2-3 days for a response, but have essentially been ghosted for about 3 weeks now. I followed up, but didn't receive anything back. It was a little disappointing, because you often hear about Tinder's great culture but if recruiting is so unprofessional, this doesn't paint the rest of the company in a good light.
I applied on the app, got a call back, did an initial interview over the phone. Then, I went in for an interview and they were very gracious and fun. Really great experience.
