First point of contact was via email threw a woman named Kim. I sent over my resume and after some back and forth she told me she wanted me to come in for a group interview. The group interview was with 5 other candidates and had a very relaxed and laid back style. The questions were more about who you are as a person and not your work history. The manager would ask a question and each person would have an opportunity to answer. It sounded intimidating at first but once I was there I realized it was much more informal.

We First had a group interview with about 10 of us in a room and Jesse Eisenberg, the NYC manager of client strategy asked us a series of personality questions; favorite magazines, favorite books, what websites you go to atleast once a day, favorite place in the entire world, who is your favorite rapper? etc.
The second interview was one on one with Jesse Eisenberg and Kim Mansfield. Kim took notes and Jesse posed the questions; this time they literally went through my job history and what I learned from each skills wise. They asked what intrigued me most about SEM.
