Was invited to interview the day after I sent my application. Great, right? But they wanted to interview NOW and via text only. The next day I followed up just as a best practice and they offered me the job and sent a contract with a start date. No other information. No chance to speak to anyone there. I never got to know anyone. I never even heard anyone's voice. I made a list of questions and sent it the next day. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard anything else. The whole process seemed super shady and desperate. It's not that I want an interview process to take forever, but this was *too* fast and there was no real "getting to know you and see if we're a good fit" part.
