My advice: Stay away from this company unless you really need a paycheck and don't mind mental abuse. Don't believe their "values". The executive leaders don't walk-the-talk. Without exception, the leaders in the C-suite lack integrity. They are all looking out only for themselves. Check out the news alerts on Yahoo Finance. Lawyers are lined up for shareholder class action complaint/lawsuits alleging "the company violated federal securities laws" in 2017 when it did not disclose material facts about changes in its business. CEO dumped his stock just before the news became public in early November 2017 (because he could) and the stock plunged. Legal? Possibly. Ethical? I don't think so! "Integrity is what you do when no one is looking!" I don't think this company will be independent much longer. If it's not sold soon, its business will be disrupted from companies like UnitedHealth Group's Optum - a "client" that is already building a competitive program. Writing is on the wall folks. If you like the health and wellbeing space, checkout Optum. Go to where the "puck" will be, not where it was.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tivity Health in Nov 2023
Interview
The initial interview was a phone interview with a recruiter. The second interview was a video meeting with Two sales managers. To prepare for the interview I looked both people up on LinkedIn where I discovered they both worked together at another Company previously. During the interview it was clear they were Friends which means if One doesn't like you, You have no chance! I felt One woman was friendly and asked great questions but the other looked miserable and was not engaged in the meeting at all. I felt she did not like me for the role. I did not move on to the next stage. In my opinion, after researching the Company there is a LACK of diversity and feel this had a lot to do with not going on in the interview process.

Prepare yourself for a series of interview. Since Covid they have been virtual on zoom or teams. An interview for this role will also involve a client presentation. You must prepare in advance for this.
