The interview process took about a month to a month and a half. I did a phone screen and was brought in for an in-person interview, which lasted about an hour. After that is when things went downhill. I was supposed to received a timed edit test at a certain time via email, but once the time came, the email with the edit test never arrived (I checked my spam/junk folder and everything). I messaged the HR employee who I was corresponding with, and she was insistent that it had been sent, but agreed to resend it. I took the hour to do the edit test and submitted it, and then shortly thereafter received a copied-and-pasted notification ("Dear Applicant" after having been on a first-name basis with them) informing me a day before my birthday that I didn't get the job.
