I used a personal experience following caring for my older brother who sadly passed away. We had carers calling out to my brother and one occasion a carer arrived and did not use the correct form of manual handling. The carer had also made a tear in his pad and was going to leave him like this. I raised my concerns with the carer and also made report to the company. This matter was then dealt with immediately.
