As a former Miles employee whose experience wasn't exactly positive,  I think your comments about diversity are inaccurate.   That company may be many things,  but racist isn't one of them.  They hire strictly on qualifications.   You have to test well and be better than your competition to get in.  End of story.  When I was there,  there was plenty of cultural diversity.

Well there is another review form an former employee that highlights the lack of diversity. I actually interview twice in my life time and passed both technical questions to a T and the tech team was very interested, It was only when I got to interview with management (non-technical staff) is where the roadblock accurs. I was warned by a outside recruiters that successfully placed before me to stay away. I think ill stick with his advice.
