Great place for IT beginners. They put family first and offer great flexibility with work-from-home shift timings. It’s a great environment for learning new skills and gaining hands-on technical exposure.

Cons

The company suffers from poor workload management, continuously loading tasks onto overwhelmed employees while senior staff are too busy to offer timely help. Management fails to value seasoned employees, routinely ignoring their feedback and opinions. Instead, the culture leans into unnecessary micromanagement, where employees are constantly criticized for petty mistakes that do not impact the customer, leaving staff feeling unappreciated. Combined with the complete absence of an HR department to address behavioral issues, this creates a highly stressful and toxic work environment.

Amazing culture but pay needs improvement

Pros

Great work life balance, Everyone cares about You as a person. You get access to a great variety of IT infrastructure. Everyone is here to help.

Cons

Pay could definitely be better, especially for mid-high level techs. Workload can be heavy at times and the amount of variety and work that we actually complete compared to other companies fails in comparison to pay. Be prepared to get your own benefits unless you live in the Jersey area.

Pros

You gain experience due to exposure to diverse environments. Plenty of opportunities to advance in a diverse company. Chances to earn certifications.

Cons

They work you to the bone. Good talent leaves the company simply because the level of stress associated with the job does not match compensation. At the end of the day you rarely have enough energy to seriously take on education or work on your certs.
