It was a extremely lengthy, involved process and I put a large amount of work into it every step of the way. In the end, I'm glad that I did not take a job with them, as I reached out to learn more about the company from two people who were friends of mine from the industry that worked there: they both relayed that the work life balance there was terrible, that they don't have a great culture around inclusion etc.
