The interview process for this role was thorough, clearly communicated, and rewarding. Spoke with two people in talent acquisition throughout the initial screening process. Was assigned to one specialist who kept the ball rolling. After the initial screening, I was asked to prepare a pitch for one of Toast's products and present to a district manager. Ask was clearly communicated - First interview and pitch went for about an hour, no video just phone. For the second interview, I was asked to create a presentation for a GTM strategy and restaurant analysis along with more interview questions and conversation - this was on zoom and lasted 1.5 hrs. Final interview with two sales VP's - review of presentation & challenging interview. The entire process was very conversational but challenging.
