I interviewed specifically for an Android role there. Typical process: - Initial phone screening - Onsite - Two technical interviews: One looking at code and the other building a basic list. - Hiring manager round - Collaborating behavioral round where you speak with someone in product The process took about a month. I thought I had this in the bag since I was pretty vocal about my thinking, made sure to keep the interviewers engaged in both the technical rounds while giving tradeoffs and testing strategies. That isn't enough I suppose.
