Interview
I applied to Tock through their website after seeing a posting on LinkedIn. A company recruiter reached out to me after about a week and I set an initial phone call with her the next day. After that I had three 30 minute zoom interviews with managers, directors, and some of the account management team. The interviews focused more on my general background and skills as well as what I am looking for in a company and my role as well as how I wanted to grow and be supported. There were no generic interview questions which made me feel like they were actually interested in me and not how well I can answer those questions that anyone can google and read an answer to. Everyone was extremely open and honest on their end about their successes and struggles with the company. The employees have a variety of backgrounds and you can tell they are looking for passionate people, not just someone who fits a cookie cutter skill set.
