Similar to some of the other descriptions, the 1st interview was very basic - scheduled on Calendly (I had to reschedule a couple times so I think that may have hurt me but the calendar was so open and after reading these reviews I was kind of skeptical moving forward anyways). Recruiter said they reviewed my resume and wanted to learn more about my sales experience. She then shared the description of the role and the salary base which was surprisingly higher than I thought it would be. She went through the entire interview process and said I would hear back by end of week with an invite for a 2nd interview. I sent a follow up email with letter with 2 letters of recommendation and a formal resume (the one she saw was from LinkedIn apply).. ultimately I did not get a 2nd interview and after sending another follow up email the next week, I am sad to confirm that they really do ghost you!!
